Beautiful homey home! Clean & clutter free with lots of kitchen equipment to make your stay easy!!! Lots of information provided so you knew what was available & what is expected of you as a guest. Would definitely stay again & wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to that amazing beach!

We had a great time with our large family get together at Irene's. The house was very clean, and had all the accommodations to make it very comfortable and feel like home. All of our guests that came with us said that they had the best most comfortable sleep, and enjoyed the open porches on every level of the house overlooking the private pool and hot tub and scenic fountains throughout the neighborhood, and with the gulf beach and crystal clear water just steps away, as well as shops and outlets, and restaurants all within a few blocks, we were never short on things to do. We only wish that we could have stayed longer.

This was a great and relaxing experience for my family. We felt welcomed and for our Thanksgiving family trip it was amazing. There was plenty or space for everyone to move around and have some privacy.

The house was so comfortable and well organized. The kitchen was very nicely stocked for cooking, and each room was nicely decorated. The back yard was enclosed, was regularly mowed, and there is a cute sitting area with a fire pit. The host was very nice and always responded to whatever we needed over the 4 months we stayed there. Would highly recommend the house and the host, Irene.

Our family of 5 people stayed for 3 nights in this house and it was really great .. The host has really gone above and beyond in providing all household needs for staying there . She was very responsive to everything we needed. We really faced no issues .. the beach and grocery store , restaurants very close and we spent a lot of time on the beach. I have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone else and we look forward to staying here in future also . Thank you Irene .

We came with a group of about 10 (2 kids included) for a work trip and this place exceeded expectations! The location and view right by the pool, the easy walk to the beautiful private white sand beach (I live 20 minutes from the beach, and I can honestly say the beaches of Southern California can’t compare with this one!), the amenities in the kitchen and for beach play, walkability to some great eats, proximity to the Sandestin Resort where our meetings were, ALL of these plus a great price made this stay incredible. The family with kids that came even took advantage of the dolphin cruise and saw so many dolphins! We had a blast, and would highly recommend and come back in the future! Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness to us, Irene!

This was a beautiful home in a lovely gated neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. It was a great place for our family reunion. Irene was a great host and responded immediately to all questions. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s place! The house was spacious, clean and provided all we needed for a great beach vacation. The beach wagon and supplies were especially helpful! The community was peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend!
