Our stay in Destin was absolutely amazing. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Destin. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

it was a great house and just steps to a beautiful beach. Dog was happy and so we were happy. The house was clean and just as the pics. Irene was always available for our questions. I'll definitely recommend this one.

We came on a family vacation to celebrate My husband’s Birthday and stayed at this Beautiful Townhouse. We had so much fun everything was very clean had made us feel very comfortable. It’s close by to the beach and to the stores perfect location 🙌🤩Irene was awesome very attentive amd helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

A great house for a group! We had a wonderful time and being 5 mins walk to the beach was super nice. The pool and hot tub were also very nice to have! Highly recommend

Irene was responsive to our requests in a very timely manner and our rental worked out nicely for our needs. We had an unfortunate event that required a hospital stay for one in our party and this was an ideal location in proximity to a very nice hospital. We walked to Winn-Dixie and a nice restaurant next to Winn-Dixie (Austons Oyster Bar) and also walked to the beach (down 2 crosswalks across from Embassy Suites). We also walked to a nice restaurant next to the beach access (Surf Hut) which had a reasonable happy hour menu 3-6.

We were in town for a conference with a large group and this home was perfect! Beautiful home, very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to retreat, close by the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

8 adults stayed for 4 nights and everyone loved the property. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Pool and hot tub just steps out the back door. Felt comfortable in this upscale neighborhood. Would recommend to everyone

Easy walk to the beach. Walkable to a few places to eat. Condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to replace master bed - it is incredibly uncomfortable. Oven needs a deep clean. It smelled like oven cleaner when we turned it on to cook

Fantastic location for my family’s holiday getaway. Well appointed kitchen. House had better noise muffling than other beach homes I’ve stayed in, which made it great for both early-morning risers and late-to-bed people to enjoy their respective times in downstairs common areas. Easy access to beach and the hot tub steps away from the back patio was perfect for our winter stay.
