This was a beautiful home in a lovely gated neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. It was a great place for our family reunion. Irene was a great host and responded immediately to all questions. We had a wonderful stay!

The home was clean, spacious and covered every want or need for a relaxing vacation. Irene was very friendly , and responsive with any questions we had. She was very clear and detailed. Highly recommend her place 5 star.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s place! The house was spacious, clean and provided all we needed for a great beach vacation. The beach wagon and supplies were especially helpful! The community was peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend!

LOVED THIS PLACE! 4 min walk to the beach. We drove down with an electrical car and was able to charge (120v) right outside of the front door. Took the dog to the beach without a problem and hosed her down with a water hose right outside the front door. Grocery store is a 3 min walk. All the beds are extremely comfortable! All the amenities are superb. Absolutely loved this place and will return here.

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. Irene was extremely responsive and accommodating. Villa was exactly as described and a hit with everyone in our party. Would recommend without reservations.

Irene's place was perfect for us. Was very surprised at how many shops, restaurants and bars were in walking and/or very short distance. We brought our bikes, there's a walking/biking trail just a few steps away which allows for a very pleasant ride. The house is exactly shown in the pics. Clean, spacious and all the amenities needed. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Lakes. The space was perfect for our family of five with extra room. The kitchen was stocked well and made cooking meals easy. The beach gear was adequate for days at the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. The superior recommendations for the beach rentals and the dolphin cruise made it even more enjoyable. When we were home we were comfortable and has all we needed. We loved Destin and this condo. We would absolutely return. Thanks Irene for being a communicative host and very helpful.

Beautiful private community steps from the beach and restaurants!! Truly a great location and the house was beautifully decorated and felt like home not a rental. Great amenities, very clean, and great layout for a memorable vacation. Will definitely be back!

The best one yet!!!! Felt like a private beach. Sand was beautiful and the ocean was blue - loved the views with the perfectly placed palm trees. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend renting a golf cart down the street to explore the beach!
