Everything is within walking distance, not only to the beach, but to everything you need for a perfect vacation: the convenience store, spa, bar and grill, hair and nail salon, gulf cart rentals, Surf Hut restaurant with an ocean view, and the Alvin's store. If that's not enough, theres a whole mall plaza less than 2 miles away.

You will have access to the entire townhouse, screened outdoor patio, community pool, and a private beach access. Two cars could be parked for free right in front of the house, and one more in the overflow guest parking farther down the neighborhood.

My family and dog stayed at Irene’s place for Spring Break and couldn’t have had a better experience! This location is PERFECT! It’s such an easy walk (even with small kids) to the beach, and it isn’t in the congested, busy area of Destin. It’s close to everything and the grocery store is very convenient. The community pool was so nice and never busy. We had plenty of space to spread out and I really appreciated the amenities provided like plenty of linens, beach gear (so helpful), and the washer and dryer. Everything was very clean! I also appreciated that she provided dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry pods. She also quickly reimbursed for the dolphin cruise as advertised! We will absolutely book again!

Irene was an excellent host as she communicated prior to arrival as well as during our stay. The place was a vacationer’s dream. The space was clean and well stocked. The location is unmatched as restaurants, shopping and the beach were within walking distance. We had a wonderful time!! We will definitely book with Irene again!
